Leadership Development Journey

This study reflects leadership development is a multilevel multi-context self-learning longitudinal journey embedded in a social learning environment with nine influential factors: parents, teamwork sport activities, teachers, role models, mentors/coaches, community-based networks; self-learning, experimentation, self-reflection.
