The textbook consists of 12 chapters. Each chapter begins with a video interview with National Geographic explorers who answer questions about the topic of the chapter. The 5 combined lessons teach basic language skills and present new words and grammar exclusively in context. They end with a task for practical application of the material learned.
Every fourth lesson is aimed at developing speaking, listening and soft skills. Students will watch a high-quality animated video on developing such important skills as active listening, understanding accents, group communication, polite refusal, and more.
